The restaurant offered delicious meals with a great variety, accommodating food allergies. It’s ideal for exploring Ubud’s attractions while enjoying comfort and relaxation. Highly recommended!

A hidden gem in the jungle

Every morning, the aroma of lush foliage wafted through my balcony, accompanied by the cheerful chirping of birds. The warm hospitality from staff turned ordinary moments into cherished memories.

However, the paths were uneven, making nighttime walks a bit tricky. A few more lights would have enhanced the enchanting experience.

Adiwana Resort Jembawan felt like a true oasis. The lush greenery surrounding the property was incredibly inviting. I loved the pools. they were stunning and provided a perfect escape. My room was spacious with direct pool access, making it easy to slip in and out for a swim. The Herb Restaurant impressed me with its delicious food and lovely ambiance. The afternoon tea was a delightful treat. The staff truly made my stay special, going above and beyond to celebrate our anniversary. While the overall experience was fantastic, I noticed a need for more accessible seating by the pools, especially for seniors. Also, some areas looked a bit dated and could use a refresh. But, these small inconveniences didn’t stop me from enjoying my stay to the fullest. Can't wait to come back!

However, the noise from heavy furniture moving in adjacent rooms can be disruptive, suggesting a need for better sound dampening. Rooms with connecting doors amplify this noise issue further. The hotel also is located in an area that experiences heavy traffic, requiring extra time for travel around Ubud. Housekeeping could be more prompt, as I found the room wasn't cleaned until I made a request, and some basic amenities like towels weren't replenished without asking. Plus, the dining service tended to lag, with long waits for food, and one takeaway order turned out to be an oversight with just plain rice provided.

great stay with minor hiccups

Breakfast at the herb garden restaurant exceeded my expectations, making mornings delightful. My Premier Double or Twin Room showcased both beauty and spaciousness with a lovely view of tree tops.

While the location is ideal, it can get a bit noisy during the day.

The room was really spacious with a huge bed that made it super comfy. We had complimentary mini bar items each day, which was a nice touch. It felt inviting and clean, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The access to the pool right from the room was awesome, too!
